When it comes to our hair, we fully stand behind it. If you aren't happy with your order for any reason, please reach out! We can refund or exchange any hair that is rolled up with the elastic bands still around the wefts.

Returns/exchanges must be made within 10 days of delivery. Refunds can be given to the original payment method once the hair is returned to us, minus a 10% restocking fee.

We cannot refund/replace hair that has been chemically altered.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping once we have sent packages out and cannot refund shipping costs. Please allow for a couple extra days in shipment time.
